If your email has never been registered within our portal system, then you should see a welcome message on the screen(figure #1). If you do not see this message, then your account exist within our system previously. To fix this, you will need to know your password.

If you do not know your password or need your password reset:

  • You may choose the password reset link located at the bottom of the login box
  • You may contact support to have your password reset
