PIN Verification

The PIN verification screen (figure #1) is a process that syncs up your portal account with your chart.  Each field must match exactly as it is registered in your chart. Once you have successfully synced up your portal account with your chart, you should receive a success message with an orange continue button (figure #2). Please click on the Orange button to move to Step 2.

NOTE: The message "The supplied information does not match a patient account. means that one or more fields does not match the chart you are attempting to sync with. If you have a nickname, the chart may be using the nickname instead of your first name. It is possible to have your name misspelled in the chart. If all fields are correct including the PIN # being within the expiration date, then please contact our office.
