Joint email account?
I have a joint email account with my spouse/friend/other, can we both use the same email address to access the portal?
You cannot use the same email account for multiple accounts. The portal will only link one email account. If there are multiple patients, please make sure that you let the staff know which patient would like which email assigned for their portal account.
